All categories allow a maximum of 16 registered players per team. Below are the specific regulations for each age bracket.

General Match Rules (Applied to ALL groups):

  • Goal Kick not allowed to cross mid-field.
  • No pressure allowed when goal keeping kick.
  • Out-throw by hands.
  • Open substitution through mid-field only.
